Welcome to the penultimate episode on Drucker’s ‘The Effective Executive’ – We hope you enjoy it! We’ve got to say, there were some real gems in chapter 5. Drucker hit the nail on the head with some of his insights and comments on sales culture. Chapter 6 on the other hand, was a whole different story… The long and arduous writing style returned and neither of us really saw the need for some of the case studies that were included – overall, a very BORING chapter. However, we both enjoyed Drucker talking about Britain’s involvement in the European Union from a 1967 standpoint.
